He founded Monte J. White and has been in practice since 1992. Prior to this, he worked for the Okahoma State Bureau of Investigation. Monte practices personally in Bankruptcy, Family and Personal Injury law.

He and his wife, Charla, live in Wichita Falls with their two daughters and son.

Mary grew up in Jacksboro, Texas and graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. A member of Grace Church, she resides in Wichita Falls with her husband, John, and one child.

Larry Lewis received his Law Degree from Texas Tech University in 1989. After seven years of service to Wichita County as Assistant District Attorney, he joined the team of Monte J. White and Associates in 1996. Licensed in the state of Texas and US Federal Court, he practices in the fields of Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, Family Law and Personal Injury.

Larry grew up in Chillicothe, Texas and resides in Wichita Falls with his wife, Suzan, and three children. He is a member of the Colonial Baptist Church and Resource Wichita Falls.

Della J. Durham received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. In the past, she served as an associate attorney with Noah Project, Inc. of Abilene, representing victims of family violence in Taylor County and ten surrounding counties. Della joined the team of Monte J. White and Associates and now practices primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy and Social Security.

Della grew up in Coleman, Texas. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from McMurry University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology. Della resides in Abilene with her husband, Mike, and son, Matthew. Her daughter, Carol, is married and resides in Fort Worth with her husband and young son.
